At SheinMe, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible, anywhere in South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa via Aramex.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (Aramex Store-to-Door Courier Sleeve): R99 per order (VAT included), covering delivery anywhere in South Africa for parcels that fit inside the official Aramex courier sleeve.
Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier network issues, weather, public holidays, or high order volumes beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
